Winter Menu Launched at Uforic Food Cafe

It is with great excitement that we launch Uforic Food Cafe’s first ever winter menu.

I could not be more thrilled, as comfort food, made with love, is my absolute passion. Who doesn’t love sitting down to a beautiful bowl of streaming soup, or slightly spicy baked beans, immersed with a runny poached egg, with crusty toast for scooping?

Our very popular bruschetta is still on the menu!

We have spent the last seven months listening to what people like, what they want to see more of, and have developed a menu we hope you’ll really enjoy. Whether you want a delicious hand-made Boscastle pie, or our smoky-pulled pork burger – or maybe even a roast Mediterranean vegie salad with sumac chicken and yoghurt dressing – we have it all. I can’t not mention the baked potatoes, with all the trimmings!

We have also introduced a morning/afternoon tea menu. It’s a true feast for the eyes and includes everything from our popular Devonshire Tea with house-made buttermilk scones and the best cream … EVER – to lemon meringue, and the famous baklava made by the lady up the road.

We have also introduced something sweet to breakfast with pancakes with pure Canadian maple syrup, ice cream and warmed berries. We’re also thrilled to introduce an old fav – eggs Benedict.
